Your practice is already listed, because it is on the MOH register. Claiming it lets you correct what we show and add what we cannot see.
You are already listed
FindDoc is built from public registers, not from sign-ups. If your clinic holds a Ministry of Health licence, it already has a page here, with your name, address, phone number and the doctors the register links to you.
Nothing about that is opt-in and nothing about it costs anything. It is the same information anyone can read from MOH’s own register, laid out to be usable.
What claiming changes
Claiming a page does not change the register fields. Your licence number, your address as MOH holds it, and the registration numbers of the doctors on record stay exactly as the register has them, because those are the parts a patient needs to be able to trust.
What claiming lets you do is fill the gaps:
- Opening hours. Half of all licensed clinics publish no readable hours anywhere, which means half of all clinic pages currently say “not published”.
- An About section. A few paragraphs in your own words about what the practice does and who it serves.
- Questions you answer often. Walk-in policy, languages spoken at the front desk, whether you see children, parking.
- A correction. If the register has your address or phone number wrong, tell us and we will show the corrected version with a note that it came from you.
What we will not do
We do not sell placement. There is no paid position in a result list, no “featured doctor” slot above the fold, and no way to buy your way past a clinic with better register data than yours.
We do not publish patient ratings or reviews. Not yours, not anyone’s. There is no rating on this site to manage.
We do not publish fees for individual doctors. Where a clinic publishes its own prices we may show them, sourced and attributed, but no doctor here carries a price tag.
How to claim
Email the address below from a domain that matches your clinic’s record, or send us the clinic’s MOH HCI code and we will verify against the register. Claims are checked by a person, not automatically.
Verification through Singpass Corporate is being built and will replace the email route once it is live.
